Halloween is coming early to the high seas. Margaritaville at Sea confirmed its “Sail the Haunted Seas” celebration returns this fall, transforming both the Paradise and Islander into fully spooky, costume-friendly party ships.
What’s New This Year
The 2026 lineup introduces a few fresh additions to the celebration. The interactive Ghostly Game Show joins the schedule, along with a spirited Halloween Bar Crawl and themed guest entertainers appearing on select sailings. It’s the second year running for the program, and this time around, Margaritaville is leaning even further into the theatrics.
Where and When You Can Catch It
Margaritaville at Sea Islander, sailing from Port Tampa Bay, runs its Halloween programming starting September 7. Margaritaville at Sea Paradise, sailing from Port of Palm Beach, kicks things off September 8. Both ships continue the celebration through November 1, giving guests roughly two months of spooky sailings to choose from.
What Actually Happens Onboard
Expect familiar favorites returning alongside the new additions. Haunted Venue Takeovers transform fan-favorite spaces into themed haunts, while White Hot Neon Nightmares brings the line’s legendary glow party into eerie territory, complete with glowing face paint and creepy cocktails. Families can enjoy the Monster Bash Family Disco and Trick-or-Treat Trail, while the Spooktacular Murder Mystery Game Show and a full Costume Parade & Contest round out the entertainment. Guests are strongly encouraged to pack their wickedest costumes, since dressing up is very much part of the fun.
